What is a hosted game server?

A hosted game server is a physical or virtual server that hosts the server copy of a game. This allows players from different locations to connect to the hosted server so they can join the same virtual world and play together.

Is it possible to get a test server?

We offer a 1 week test server so you can test connectivity, latency and gameplay. After the trial period, you will have the option to continue with the same server by completing the payment.

What do I get for my rented gaming service?

You get all panel features, full SFTP access, MySQL Database, phpmyadmin, Multi-Admin, Schedules, Activity and a console control panel (Pterodactyl). For some of the old games, we will give you full FTP access.

I don't have the necessary knowledge! If something goes wrong?

Are you new to this? No worries! We provide basic support to all our Premium customers! Just open a ticket and we'll help you! We also have tutorial videos. So as long as you want to make a server, we'll show you how!

Where can I ask for help?

We have an extensive Blog which we update frequently, tho if you don't find a solution there -- You can seek help on our community Discord server, as well as writing to us through our website.

Do you have DDoS Protection? Is it good?

Of course, this is one of our priorities, as DDoS attacks are very common in the gaming communities. We use proven providers as Path.net, market-dominated OVH Game DDoS Protection & Archor hardware for our Protection and continuously improve our additional filters.

What is a VPS?

VPS stands for Virtual Private Server. It is a virtualized server that acts like a dedicated server within a larger physical server. A physical server can host multiple VPSs, each of which has its own operating system, resources like CPU, RAM, and storage, and can be independently rebooted.

VPS hosting is often used for hosting websites, applications, databases, and other services. It can provide the advantages of a dedicated server at a lower cost. VPSs are scalable, meaning you can start with small resources and increase them as your needs grow. They are also more secure than shared hosting because they are isolated from other virtual servers.

Do I get full root access to my VPS?

Yes. With the virtual server, you get a root access password, through which you have full rights to the server and can install the software you need.

Do you provide technical support for managing virtual machines?

All our virtual machines are delivered as unmanaged and you must provide your own management and control. However, we provide technical support for issues, errors or information.

Who is VPS suitable for?

Using a VPS requires basic knowledge of Linux administration as well as the installation of additional software.

I want to host other games on my VPS but I don't know how to do it. Can you help?

We can help with basic information on how to host other games. Deeper knowledge cannot be provided for free as it is classified as system administration.

How do I control my VPS?

We are using a brand new panel called VF, we utilize this within all our locations to give all clients an easy-to-use control panel for their VPS Server.

No! We strictly guard the files of our customers and do not share them with anyone!

I have developers for my server. Can I give them rights to help me?

Yes, you can grant rights to someone else, but at your own risk. We take no responsibility for your own decisions and actions.

I want to learn more about my data protection and privacy!

The company guarantees full protection and confidentiality of your personal data and files in accordance with the laws GDPR (EU), Data Protection Act 2018 (UK), The Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (UK).

I want to transfer my services to another user. Is this possible?

Yes, it is possible. You will need to provide us with the new owner's contact details and ownership will be transferred once our process is complete.

Is file security guaranteed?

After receiving your game server, we do not access your files without your permission. If you need help and can't fix an issue using our guides, we'll need to access your files to apply a fix.

What payment options are available?

We accept payments via PayPal (Direct Pay, Credit/Debit Card) and Stripe (Credit/Debit Card, Google Pay, Link, BLIK, Bancontact, EPS, giropay, iDEAL, Przelewy24). More payment methods will be added soon!

What is your refund policy?

If you are not satisfied with your service and want to cancel it within 14 days of purchase, you can request a refund and we will assist you, once these 14 days have passed, we don't offer a refund option in most cases.

Can I change my plan?

If you want to upgrade or downgrade your plan, we'll calculate the remaining days and price before your renewal date, and make the change immediately.

Do you offer subdomains?

Yes, of course, we offer a free subdomain for all our services. And if you have your own domain, you can use that too.

Do I get a discount if I buy a plan for a longer period?

If you wish to rent a service for more than 1 month, we have specific discounts.

➥ 3 months = 15% discount

➥ 6 months = 20% discount

➥ 12 months = 25% discount

What will happen if I don't pay on time?

If we do not receive payment within 3 days after the due date, it will be temporarily suspended. After a total of 6 days have passed since the expiration date -- the service will be deleted. But don't worry, we give you the opportunity to pay for the next month's 1 week in advance, and we also send you reminders by email.
