1. Acceptable Use Disclaimer

The Acceptable Use Policy is an integral part of our agreement with the Company. It specifies prohibited actions that users must adhere to. Violations of these rules may result in the suspension or termination of user accounts or services. These policies are designed to protect our customers and the broader Internet community from inappropriate or unlawful activities.

2. Prohibited activities

You are permitted to use the Services only for the purposes for which they are made available by us. The Services may not be used for commercial endeavors unless explicitly endorsed or approved by us. Abuse of the Services may result in suspension or termination without prior notice.

Legal Compliance: Users must not transmit, distribute, or store material that violates any applicable laws or regulations, including unauthorized use of copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise protected material, as well as obscene or defamatory content, threats, or violations of export controls.

Unsolicited Communications: Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) using Stozu servers or resources is strictly prohibited. Using our services to send spam from other providers or to advertise is also forbidden. Users must not solicit customers or collect responses in violation of our policies or those of other ISPs.

Malicious Activities: Advertising, transmitting, or providing software or services intended to violate this policy or any other ISP's Acceptable Use Policy, including flooding, spam, or denial of service attacks, is prohibited. Unauthorized access attempts to accounts or server resources are also forbidden.

Service Misuse: Attempting to obtain services with the intent to evade payment or unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction of Stozu user information is strictly prohibited.

Network Disruptions: Activities causing denial-of-service or interference with other users' access to the Stozu network or any other provider's network are not allowed.

Deception and Misconduct: Misleading Stozu or other users, particularly in attempts to obtain sensitive account information like passwords, is prohibited. Misuse of our support services or false reporting of abuse or misconduct is also not allowed.

Inconsistent Usage: Use of the services in ways that violate applicable laws or regulations is strictly prohibited.

Content Manipulation: Uploading or transmitting harmful materials, including viruses, Trojan horses, or spam that impairs the use of the Services by others, is prohibited.

Misrepresentation: Impersonating another user, using another's username, or attempting to bypass service restrictions is strictly prohibited.

Service Interference: Engaging in automated system use, such as scripting for comments/messages, data/crypto mining, or using robots that interfere with the Services, is not allowed.

3. Premium/Budget Hosting

Premium/Budget Hosting Services may be subject to suspension for various reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Use of software intended to exploit other servers.
  • Use of plugins/mods/scripts that disrupt services, such as botnets, etc.
  • Using a non-oriented software file.

Please note that these are examples and not an exhaustive list.

4. VPS Services

VPS services may be subject to suspension for various reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Cryptocurrency mining
  • Hosting of malicious software, port scanning, brute forcing, cracking, or DDoS scripts
  • Illegal or pirated content
  • Hosting of VPNs and proxies

5. Minecraft End User License Agreement

By using any Minecraft-related service provided by Stozu, you agree to comply with the Minecraft End User License Agreement (EULA) and any related or additional agreements, terms, or conditions specified therein, as provided by Mojang AB. These agreements are in addition to, and not in place of, Stozu's Terms of Service.
